Brief History
ELM Electromontaj Cluj SA was founded in 1949. An important moment in the company's history was 1990, when its entire way of organising its activity changed with the transition to the market economy. In the first years after 1990, the company was privatised through the MEBO method, that is, by handing over the assets to the employees.
Since 2011, ELM Electromontaj Cluj SA has been an integral part of the EnergoBit group of companies, thus providing, alongside the other companies in the group, the full range of services in the power-engineering field.
