PRAM Engineer

Requirements:

Specialized studies in the power or electrical engineering field;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field;
Knowledge of the norms and standards specific to the field of activity;
General knowledge of protection relays and parameter settings;
Knowledge of secondary circuit design (command and control automation) or panel circuits;
Theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of measurements;
Experience in equipment testing and commissioning;
Availability for travel around the country / extended working hours;
Category B driving license

Responsibilities:

Correctly reads and interprets the diagrams and designs of the automation, command, control and protection installations in the electrical systems of switching or transformer substations;
Correctly selects and uses the equipment for testing the electrical equipment and installations of primary and secondary circuits in the substations;
Performs inspections and measurements on the electrical installations and equipment, of primary and secondary circuits, in the substations using measuring instruments, in compliance with the specific procedures and work instructions;
Performs tests, preventive inspections and commissioning of low, medium and high voltage electrical installations in the substations;
Performs tests, trials and inspections, for commissioning, of electrical equipment (low, medium and high voltage), automation, command, control and protection equipment in the substations. Correctly evaluates their operation in accordance with the norms and regulations in force;
Executing and modifying the automation, command, control and protection installations in the substations, for their proper and correct operation;
Knows and complies with occupational health and safety norms.
