Pestiș Station

The 220/110 kV Peştiş substation is located in Western Transylvania, on the outskirts of the town of Hunedoara, and fulfils two functions: supplying the Hunedoara steelworks platform, both at 220 kV and at 110 kV (together with the 220/110 kV Hăşdat substation), and the transit of power between the Mintia source node and the Valea Jiului-Călan consumption area.
